4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your digital twin. Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating others is prohibited.

4.3 One Account Per Person

You may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes may result in termination of all accounts.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Impersonate others or create fake digital twins without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without authorization
• Use the service to spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Bypass or circumvent our matching algorithms or privacy controls

5.2 Content Ownership and Consent

You retain ownership of content you upload (voice recordings, memories). However, you grant us a license to use this content to provide our services. You confirm you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate others' rights.

6. Digital Twin Creation and Behavior

6.1 Your Responsibility

Your digital twin is trained on data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the content you upload is appropriate and does not violate these Terms.

6.2 AI Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may not perfectly reflect your views. You acknowledge that digital twins are approximations, not perfect replicas.

6.3 Matching and Introductions

Our AI matching system suggests connections based on compatibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or relationships. You are responsible for your interactions after introductions are made.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

8. Intellectual Property

9. Payments and Subscriptions

9.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

9.3 Refunds

10. Termination

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twain AI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal harm.

11.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twain AI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution
